How email draft works
- Create an invoice, estimate, quote, receipt, credit note, or purchase order.
- Use Download or Print or save PDF to keep the record you need.
- Click Email draft to open your own email app with the client email, subject, total, and message.
- Attach the downloaded file or PDF before sending.
Why not send from our server yet?
Server-side email delivery is powerful, but it changes the privacy and legal model. A real hosted email service should include secure login, consent, abuse protection, delivery logs, retention controls, export/deletion controls, and a lawyer-reviewed privacy policy before launch.
Email estimates before invoicing
Estimates are useful before scope or price is final. Choose Estimate as the document type, add validity terms and assumptions, email it for approval, then create the final invoice after the customer agrees.
